If the word ORGANIZE makes you want to cringe + throw your phone out the window, then maybe you should pass the torch to someone else who loves planning or does it for a living.

 

Here are our top three Organizing Wedding Planning Tips

1.) Carry a notebook for those lightbulb moments, as they will pop up faster than a pimple on your forehead. For you tech savvy couples, set up a wedding list on your phone/tablet.

2.) Carry a swatch in your purse/binder of your wedding colors – you will need this when meeting with several vendors.

3.) Keep an updated contact sheet with your list of vendors. You will also need a contact list with your key players – parents of the couple, maid of honor, best man and so forth.

Our bride Gina, was one of the most organized bride we had the pleasure of doing her coordination {month of/day of} She had charts, spreadsheets, mockups, and more. Gina’s organizational skill allowed us to carry out her vision, which allowed her & her hubby to relax and enjoy the day.
