Glam Garden Wedding
Glam Garden Wedding
Hey girl hey! Today, I want to introduce our Glam Garden Wedding to you.
Our bride Ellen hired us to help her create a glam garden wedding without breaking the bank. Guess what?! We crushed it! Ellen wanted a memorable wedding ceremony; we have to give all the credit to her hubby Larry. He made it happen by hi-fiving the guests while walking to the altar. The focus for the ceremony was the true love they have for each other. Ellen wanted a cocktail hour that promoted conversations, so we brought in five hi-boy tables and surround them by the bar and added light bites, it was such a chill environment. As for the reception, she wanted everyone to bring their A-game to the dance floor. Our bride wanted her guests to get lost in the lyrics & dance like nobody was watching, so we found the right DJ for her and he crushed his goal, he had ALL the guests dancing at one point or another.
The Master Plan
Ellen wanted to stay away from a mainstream design for her glam garden wedding, she wanted a quirky but chic. We put a master plan in place to execute her vision, by taking all of her must have’s into consideration. We focused on her personality and the interior space at the venue. First we had to find a cost effective way to dress up the black mesh chairs that were provided by the venue.
The next step was to introduce her to A-rated vendors who could bring her vision to life. We found the right vendors who brought in a hedge wall, lighting that made everyone look good, and beautiful linens to dress up the tables. Low centerpieces were a must in order to promote conversation between the guests at their seats during the reception. One small change that made a huge difference was covering the chairs with ivory spandex covers; the room automatically became more garden like. We brought in the glam through the gold accents.
